important of sleep...

i have not been slleping well for the past two weeks as i was having my exams. in these two weeks my brain seem to be completely drained out as if it has stopped working because lack of sleep. i read before that 8 hours of sleep is very important for a healthy life. but in this fast moving and ever competitive era how many of us are actually getting enough sleep?? how many of us actually do care about it??

Yes I accept that it life has become very fast and we need to work moren but we r forgetting the fact that we r earning hard to for this body only. If the body is not fit how can u work hard. Sleeping is more essential to mind rather than body. So don't over work and compensate ur sleep at any cost.
